Child and parent goals – what they are and how to add them

What are child and parent goals?

Parent goal is a goal that in the hierarchy of goals in the company is above or before the specific goal.

A child goal in the opposite is below or after the specific goal.

A goal can have only one parent goal, but a parent goal can have multiple child goals.

How to add child and parent goals?

To add child and parent goals, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Goals in the main menu on the left side.
  2. Choose and click on the goal to which you want to add child or parent goal.
  3. A pop-up will appear from the right side of the screen. Click on Add button on the panel “Connected goals” at the bottom of the pop-up window.
