Connecting Teams for notifications

You can receive notifications from Oppido into your account in Teams. Using this functionality, you make sure, that you don’t miss any important updates in Oppido.

How do I connect Teams?

To connect Teams for notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Oppido.
  2. Click on the colored circle with your initials at the bottom left corner.
  3. Click on Applications.
  4. In the window that opens, click on Add at the top right corner.
  5. A pop-up will appear, choose “Teams Webhook Notification“.
  6. Click on Continue.
  7. A new pop-up will appear asking for a Webhook URL.
  8. Now, go to your account in Teams and choose the channel where you want to add webhook, and select More options (the three dots) at the top right corner (navigation bar).
  9. The options will appear, choose Connectors.
  10. A pop-up will appear, click on Configure tab in Incoming Webhook.
  11. Another pop-up will appear, write the name and click on Create.
  12. Now the URL is generated at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  13. Copy it to the clipboard.
  14. Go back to your Oppido account in Applications.
  15. Paste Webhook URL and click on Save.

How can I turn off the notifications?

To turn off the notifications from Oppido, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Oppido.
  2. Click on the colored circle with your initials at the bottom left corner.
  3. Click on Applications.
  4.  A new window will appear where you can see a Teams Webhook Notifications.
  5. To turn off the notifications, switch the toggle (notifications inactive).

How can I disable my Teams connection?

To disable Teams connection, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Oppido.
  2. Click on the colored circle with your initials at the bottom left corner.
  3. Click on Applications.
  4. A new window will appear where you can see a Teams Webhook Notifications.  
  5. To completely delete the integration, click on the trash can icon .
